Starting a Project
- All projects will follow an agreed scope of work, requirements, and delivery timeline.
- Clients must provide the necessary project details, drawings, and specifications before work begins.
- Projects will commence upon quotation approval and completion of the agreed initial payment.
- Additional requirements may result in revised costs and timelines, subject to client approval.
Payment Methods
- Payment terms will be specified in the approved quotation.
- Payments can be made through the available payment methods communicated by Mechazy Engineers.
- Alternative payment arrangements may be discussed upon request.
Revisions
- Free corrections are provided for errors, incomplete work, or deviations from the agreed requirements attributable to Mechazy Engineers.
- Changes beyond the approved project scope may incur additional charges.
- Revision requests should be submitted through the official project communication channel.
Project Delivery
- Deliverables will be provided in the agreed formats and within the approved project schedule.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing submitted work and providing timely feedback.
- Delivery timelines may be adjusted if project requirements change or necessary client information is delayed.
Confidentiality & Project Ownership
- Client information, drawings, and technical documents will be treated as confidential.
- Ownership and usage rights of completed project deliverables will follow the agreed project contract.
- Both parties are expected to comply with the agreed project requirements and applicable terms.
